Job Description
Handle litigation matters including civil, criminal, property, consumer, rent control, & labour
Represent the company in JMFC, Civil Courts, District Courts, Sessions Courts, Consumer Forums, Labour Courts, and other legal forums
Manage and appear in RERA cases and proceedings related to real estate regulations
Handle labour disputes, workmen compensation claims, and accident liability cases
Draft and review legal documents including legal notices, complaints, written statements, affidavits, and case papers
Prepare and file property suits, money recovery suits, rent control and eviction matters, and criminal complaints
Draft and vet MOUs, term sheets, unit agreements, and agreements between landowners and developers
