The company was established in 1988 as an exhibition organising company and several events on different themes were organised thereafter. Today this annual event occupies all the five halls of Nehru Centre and yet at times this capacity is not enough to accommodate all the prospective exhibitors. At this exhibition bulk orders are booked, but no sales are permitted.The mission behind the launching of GIFTEX, 24 years ago, was to create a common platform as a meeting place for sellers and buyers of Gifts and Stationery.

Overview: As a Senior Advertising Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive advertising strategies to promote our company's products or services. You will leverage your extensive experience in advertising and marketing to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, creativity, and a proven track record of delivering successful advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute integrated advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, television, and outdoor advertising.
2. Lead a team of advertising professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure the successful execution of advertising initiatives.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, informing advertising strategies.
5. Manage advertising budgets effectively, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI and KPIs.
6. Oversee the production of advertising materials, including copywriting, design, and multimedia content, ensuring high quality and consistency with brand guidelines.
7. Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing, applying insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
9. Cultivate relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, media vendors, and influencers, to support advertising initiatives and secure favorable placements.
10. Present advertising plans, campaign results, and recommendations to senior management, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
2. 10-12 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing advertising campaigns.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
5. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
