Job Description

Overview The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and closing sales remotely through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential customers through various channels such as databases, social media, or networking Make outbound calls and send emails to engage prospective clients Build and maintain relationships with potential clients. Present products and services, addressing customer needs and objections. Track sales activities and maintain CRM records. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and customer service Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with CRM software and sales tools.
