Job Description
As a Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer at HTS India, you will be a part of the Traffic & ISS group within the Communication, Navigation & Surveillance COE (CNS COE). Your role will involve innovating to solve complex challenges and integrating highly advanced software functions within the products team. You will serve as a program team leader, providing technical expertise in the development of new products, leading proposals for business opportunities, and driving program/process changes. Your responsibilities will include requirements analysis, system design, architecture, integration, validation & verification, customer interaction, and troubleshooting existing product installers. You must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Systems/Computer) and have a minimum of 10+ years of engineering experience. Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle, software development lifecycle, avionics product lines, systems engineering, requirement management tools, and configuration management practices is highly valued. Experience in leading the technical development of junior engineers, software configuration management, and change management practices is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to automate manual tasks and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to work with little supervision, and demonstrate initiative in completing tasks efficiently. You should be adept at analyzing and applying new information, making timely decisions in complex situations, and collaborating effectively in diverse global teams.
