Job Description

As an Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Specialist at Techadlien Private Limited, you will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Your role will involve creating and testing high-performing ad creatives in collaboration with our design team, tracking key performance indicators such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CPL, and optimizing campaigns on a daily basis. Additionally, you will set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, and audiences while generating performance reports with actionable insights and improvement plans. To excel in this role, we expect you to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Meta & Google ad platforms, with a proven track record in achieving results such as ROAS, lead generation, and traffic campaigns. Proficiency in working with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio is essential, along with a solid understanding of UTM tracking, funnel strategy, and landing pages. Possession of Meta Blueprint or Google Ad certifications will be considered a bonus. We offer a competitive salary package based on your skills, portfolio, and performance.
