AEM backend Optional Skills any website maintenance skills Roles & Responsibilities Very good Knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager support activities Support day to day maintenance of HCP Portal Product (based out on AEM). Lead Change & Release management of HCP Portal Product (based out on AEM). Monitor the site Product performance and set the benchmark. Execute and report the test results. Collaborate with parties to fix the issues. Lead communication with partners, single point of contact for HCP portal issues. Single point of contact for all the technical issues related to HCP Portal Product (based out on AEM). Collaborate with compliance team & System management for any compliance related tasks. Collaborate with System management for any platform related issues/tasks. Lead compliance related discussion. End to end techno functional product support. Experience with Multi-Vendor setups, global stakeholders & users management. Knowledge on quality tools. Excellence in business and system understanding Good knowledge on Adobe Experience manager & and integrated tools other WCM tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target etc. About 7N Over decades, 7N has been part of several waves of digitalization.
