Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Ecommerce Analyst to join our digital analytics team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in ecommerce data analysis and hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, SQL, and BigQuery. You will support the team in analyzing user behavior, optimizing website performance, and delivering insights that help shape our ecommerce strategy
- Clickstream & Traffic Analysis
Use Adobe Analytics to monitor and analyze ecommerce traffic, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement. - User Behavior Insights
Assist in segmenting and analyzing user behavior to uncover trends and support personalization efforts. - Data Querying & Extraction
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from Google BigQuery and other data sources. - Reporting & Visualization
Create clear and concise reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders across product, marketing, and engineering teams. - Support A/B Testing
Help analyze A/B test results to evaluate the impact of new features and changes on user engagement and conversion. - KPI Monitoring
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in measuring the effectiveness of ecommerce initiatives. - Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with senior analysts, product managers, and developers to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. - Data Quality Checks
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data through validation and collaboration with data engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital or ecommerce analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics for tracking and analyzing website traffic.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience working with Google BigQuery or similar cloud-based data platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
