Meet sales and revenue targets: The BDM should develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow the company's customer base. Build and maintain relationships: The BDM should build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, education service providers, and other potential clients. This requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborate with internal teams: The BDM should work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure that partnership opportunities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and objectives. Conduct market research and analysis: The BDM should research and analyze the Ed Tech market, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities and market insights. Prepare and present reports: The BDM should prepare and present regular reports to the senior management team on partnership progress, sales forecasts, and market trends. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: The BDM should stay current with Ed Tech industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities.
