Job Description
You will be responsible for generating admissions by maintaining a continuous data influx through conducting Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities, including seminars in schools, open seminars in town, and residential spots within a specified territory. Additionally, you will contribute to meeting set targets by conducting school visits to meet principals, coordinators, and management personnel for business development purposes. Your role will involve ensuring a delightful customer experience during home visits to counsel students and parents, ultimately resulting in closing admissions and enrolling students. You will also be required to capitalize on business opportunities by collaborating with local tuition teachers and ensuring adherence to internal processes and compliances. This position is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
