Minimum 1 year of experience in admission/student counselling Job Summary :- Were looking for a Student Counsellor to work with students and help them succeed in their carrier. They have to closely work with the students and guide them. RESPONSIBILITIES :- Counsel, advise, and place students in career-related positions. Serve as a liaison with companies listing internships with co-op program. Providing Counselling face to face, over the telephone or online. Working with individuals, or in a team with HR Executive and Business development people. Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients. Listening to Student concern, empathising with them and helping them to see clear picture. Advises students on available internship opportunities and helps them acquire internships appropriate to their goals, through set drop-in advising hours and by individual appointment. Provides internship advising for the leadership opportunity awards participants. Qualification :- Proven Minimum 1year experience in counselling, advising, and supporting students. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with students, co workers. Strong knowledge of university policies and procedures. Experience in coaching and mentoring.
