We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Education Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will guide prospective students and working professionals through their academic and career decision-making journey. Your primary focus will be to offer personalized counseling, manage student inquiries, and support them through the enrollment process.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students and working professionals regarding suitable UG/PG course options based on their interests and career goals
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication to follow up on leads provided by the company
• Clearly explain program offerings, fee structures, admission requirements, and career outcomes
• Build strong relationships with prospective students through regular follow-ups and support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and conversions in the CRM system
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Qualifications :

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities
• Previous experience in EdTech, academic counseling, or student advising is preferred but not mandatory
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
