We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in the Education Sales Industry on a full-time basis at our office. The ideal candidate should have a Graduation/Post Graduation degree with 0-3 years of work experience in Sales/Business Development- Inside Sales. As a Sales Associate at Learning Routes, your responsibilities will include: - Connecting with working professionals to guide them in selecting programs to enhance their careers. - Contacting individuals from a provided list and persuading them to enroll in our programs. - Informing professionals about our management courses that align with their requirements. - Engaging with candidates through follow-up calls, emails, and networking. - Maintaining a database of interested individuals and ensuring monthly sales targets are met. - Following the necessary steps before and after completing a sale. - Collaborating effectively with the team to drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. - Self-motivated with a focus on achieving goals. - Passion for sales and ability to thrive in a competitive environment. - Willingness to adapt and learn from challenges. Salary for this position ranges from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, with variations based on experience, interview performance, and previous salary.
