JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Understanding the services offered by the Company. 
  • Using a Sales script to handle the client efficiently. 
  • Calling New & Existing Clients and counsel them about the program. 
  • Updating the database with all client information. 
  • Minimum Talk time with clients should be 150 minutes/day 
  • Building a strong relationship with new and existing clients. 
  • Providing excellent customer service to the clients. 
  • Consistently meet the Targets (4.5 x of CTC for Core / As defined by No. in Projects) 
  • Must have strong interpersonal & Communication skills.
