Job Description
The role aims to resolve, maintain, and manage clients" software, hardware, and network based on service requests raised from end-users within defined SLAs to ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely response to all client tickets, maintaining quality parameters in service requests solutioning, acting as a custodian of clients" network/server/system/storage/platform/infrastructure, tracking the number of tickets raised, performing root cause analysis, providing immediate resolution to high priority tickets/services, installing and configuring software/hardware, adhering to timeliness, providing application/user access as per client requirements, tracking tickets from acceptance to resolution stage, maintaining timely backups of important data/logs, coordinating with on-site team for complex problem resolution, and reviewing service requests/issues gathered by Chat BOTS for timely resolution. The successful candidate must possess Desktop Support skills and demonstrate 100% adherence to SLA/timelines, with zero customer escalations and client appreciation emails as performance measures.
