Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales Executive Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-time/Permanent Experience: 2 to 5 years Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Manager Sales Executive with experience in real estate sales to manage client relationships, conduct field sales, and convert leads into successful closures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven ability to drive property sales through site visits and field engagement. Key Responsibilities: Handle and convert incoming real estate sales inquiries through follow-ups, calls, and meetings. Conduct field visits and property site tours with clients to showcase project offerings and provide on-ground information. Engage with potential buyers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable property options. Coordinate with marketing and tele-calling teams to manage leads efficiently and ensure consistent client engagement. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visit feedback, and deal progress using CRM tools. Assist in developing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Prepare regular reports on sales activity, client follow-up status, and pipeline forecasts. Participate in real estate expos, promotional events, and networking opportunities to generate new leads. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales processes and client satisfaction. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or client-facing roles. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a keen understanding of buyer behavior. Experience in field work, including regular client visits and site coordination. Familiarity with local property markets and upcoming real estate projects in Cochin and nearby areas. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic reporting tools. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and within a team. Willingness to travel locally for property visits and client meetings. Open to male and female candidates who are proactive, energetic, and result-oriented.
