Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Mohali (WFO Only) Job Type: Internship for one month Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ADI Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Order office supplies and maintain inventory Support onboarding for new hires and liaise with HR as needed Perform general office duties such as scanning, copying, and mailing Document management, including categorizing, archiving, and retrieving files in accordance with company protocols Provide general administrative support (documentation, stock, petty cash etc.). Maintain and organize office files and documents. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages. Organize meetings and events. Qualifications Fresh graduate Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team.
