Job Description
l Updating the lead file on daily basis. l Client follows ups through Calls and Messages. l Preparing the Daily report of the leads l Preparing Work sheet and sharing it in the whats app group before 2 days of commencement of the confirmed Event l Updating the Event details in soft copy and hard copy for the documentation purpose. l Collecting Event photos from Event Co-coordinators. l Preparing the Stationery list for the upcoming month. l Petty Cash maintenance l Updating the Vendors statement after completion of each event. l Coordinating with vendors on crops and Materials. l Provide assistance to HR for scheduling the interview l Updating the attendance sheet and perform other duties assigned by HR. l Preparing the Estimation for the clients l Preparing Presentation for the clients (if needed) l Preparing the Quotation Any other task assigned time to time.
