As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and emails, welcoming and guiding office visitors to appropriate meeting locations, as well as creating spreadsheets and presentations for the leadership team.
