Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld across all areas. Oversee the procurement of office supplies, housekeeping materials, and other essentials. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all administrative and housekeeping operations. Manage vendor relationships, including housekeeping and maintenance service providers. Organize and manage administrative support services such as reception, mail distribution, and office equipment maintenance. Assist in budget preparation for housekeeping and administrative supplies, tracking expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Schedule and supervise repairs, maintenance, and installations to ensure a well-functioning office environment. Implement and enforce organizational policies related to administrative services and housekeeping. Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are maintained for administrative and housekeeping operations. Requirements: Proven experience in administrative management, particularly in overseeing housekeeping and office support services. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to lead a team and ensure productivity and efficiency in housekeeping and admin functions. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to office and housekeeping environments.
