Job Description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and maintaining records. Managing NDAs, contracts, estimates, and internal records. Updating and maintaining employee and client records. Coordinating with employees on administrative tasks. Managing leaves and regularization for all staff. Handling travel, bookings, and logistics. Managing office supplies and inventory. Overseeing office maintenance and couriers. Printing, sealing, signing, and ensuring compliance. Supporting HR and company policies.
