The role involves managing daily office operations, supplies, and ensuring a functional workspace. You will coordinate internal and external communication, including emails and phone calls. Additionally, scheduling meetings, organizing events, and handling logistics are key responsibilities. Maintaining organized records, reports, and databases accurately is essential. As part of the position, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff. Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, as well as supporting executives with administrative tasks like calendar management and expense reporting, are critical aspects of the role. Ensuring compliance with office policies and company guidelines, as well as assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing, are also part of the job responsibilities.
