Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations at the Head Office and coordinate with all four warehouse locations (Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Farukhnagar)
- Handle housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management across locations
- Manage vendor relationships for utilities, supplies, transport, and services
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and basic amenities are maintained at all warehouses
- Support warehouse teams for any local admin needs or escalations
- Arrange travel, hotel bookings, and local transport for staff and visitors
- Maintain and track admin expenses, office asset inventory, and service records
- Coordinate onboarding needs like desk setup, stationery, and uniforms.

- Handle courier services, utility bills, and petty cash tracking
- Support internal events, audits, and any compliance-related documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years of experience in Administration or Facilities Management
- Prior experience in logistics/warehousing/manufacturing setups is a plus
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and vendor negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic admin documentation
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English
- Willing to travel to warehouses occasionally as per requirement
