Job Description
Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals. Coordinate and manage tender documentation, ensuring all submissions meet the required standards. Maintain and update tender records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions. Monitor tender deadlines to ensure timely submission. Handle general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. Support the preparation of reports and presentations. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus. 6 months to 1 year of experience in tendering or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
