Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs when needed. Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organized. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties. Assist in planning and organizing company events and activities. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems. Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and information. Prepare and manage documents for compliance and audit purposes. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense reporting. Monitor and reconcile office-related expenditures and budgets. Liaise with the finance department as needed. Provide administrative support to senior executives and other staff as required.
