Experience : 4+ Years Education : Graduate or Relevant Field Roles & Responsibilities Review on sales productions report and negotiate on contracts and agreements Office facilities preventive maintenance service agreement negotiation Price negotiation on Office Supplies and regular admin services, eg: Stationery & Printing Stationery Overseas and Local courier services Work Pass outsource service / agency Stationery & Pantry equipment Fire safety equipment Office seating arrangement for onboarding and offboarding, internal transfer Processing new application, renewal, termination, monthly report submission.
