Job Description
Managing and inspecting Security Gate movement material IN/OUT process. Ensure daily Security Guard duties roaster and inform the HR Department of any Changes. Managing office supplies, stationery, IT Equipment, and Office equipment maintenance. Managing new employees" sitting plans and company assets according to their profile. Managing Daily H/ keeping the plant up to date from security entrance to the end including floor shop area. Handling correspondence, Daily Dak, dispatch items from plant to Mohali office or other locations as per requirement. (Updates through Emails & Phone). Coordinating with visitors and clients and arranging meetings with staff members during plant visits. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, Fire, STP, and Hazardous waste movement from time to time. Ensuring daily scrap movement from floor shop to scrap yard. Coordinating with the production team to track in-house job work-related progress, timelines, and material requirements for completing the said work. Managing work orders, Purchase orders (With the Purchase team) and Supplier communications for the material related to ongoing Plant Civil/renovation Work. Ensuring timely procurement of Raw materials, tools, and consumables items for Housekeeping /renovation Work. Coordinating with suppliers for Housekeeping material procurement and delivery. Keeping accurate records of stock movement and maintaining optimal inventory of Housekeeping items. Monitoring and maintaining inventory reports of raw materials, finished goods or tools that came from the project sites. Managing emergency medical assistance to company workers to get the treatment nearby (ESIC hospital or dispensary ). Managing courier services and shipment tracking & ensuring proper documentation for dispatch items and deliveries. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries of dispatch sample. Ensuring all company licenses, certifications, and compliance documents are up-to-date. Maintaining ISO, safety, and quality-related records. Coordinating with auditors for documentation and reporting.
