Job Description

You will be working as an Influencer and Ambassador Admin Coordinator in our team and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of our brand partnerships. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our influencer and ambassador programmes, from handling contracts and product shipments to tracking content and reporting on ROI. Your main responsibilities will include: - Contract management: Drafting and customizing influencer and ambassador contracts, sending them for signature, tracking signed contracts, and following up on any unsigned or delayed contracts promptly. - Product fulfilment and cost tracking: Coordinating product shipments, maintaining detailed records of product costs, and tracking shipments sent to influencers and ambassadors. - Content and UGC follow-up: Assisting in following up on user-generated content requests, tracking and chasing outstanding deliverables, and maintaining records of deadlines and content received. - Performance tracking and reporting: Creating and maintaining monthly reports on influencer and ambassador activity, analyzing ROI, highlighting top-performing collaborators, and addressing any underperformance. - Relationship management: Serving as a point of contact for influencers and ambassadors post-onboarding, responding to queries promptly, and maintaining a friendly and supportive tone in communications. - Covering for customer services in the absence of Mitch Ungos when required. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills: - Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills. - Confident in managing multiple tasks and following up proactively. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative as needed. - Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, tracking sheets, and reporting tools. - Previous experience in influencer, ambassador, or partnerships admin is desirable. - Understanding of influencer marketing and UGC workflows is a bonus.
