Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth office operations and support the Principal with clerical tasks. The role involves managing correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling, and typing content as required by the Principal. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Maintain and organize filing systems (physical and digital). Supervise housekeeping, verify documents, and keep accurate records. Handle correspondence with the University and Bar Council of India (BCI). Operate office systems and type content for the Principal as needed. Assist with event organization and financial document processing. Provide general office support and ensure a welcoming environment. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
