Job Description

We are Looking for Admin & Account Officer for The Grey Metaphor https://greymetaphor.com/. Location - Ahmedabad, Thaltej (Onsite) Experience - 1+ years Responsibilities Provide front office support, handling communications and inquiries, and directing them to appropriate team members. Maintain and update financial records in online & hardcopy Perform data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy of all entered information and maintaining organized records. Review and follow all compliance procedures. Support office management activities, including ordering supplies, and coordinating maintenance of office equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication across departments. Handle confidential information in accordance with company protocols and uphold high professional standards. Support month-end closing activities through data entry and report generation. Ensure timely bank reconciliation and track financial transactions. Process invoices, bills, and voucher entries accurately. Handle petty cash management with proper expense documentation. Manage fixed asset registers & follow all compliance procedure Qualifications: BCOM/ BBA or equivalent; additional qualifications in accounting, finance, or business administration are preferred. Proven experience of 2- 3 years in administrative roles with exposure to basic accounting or bookkeeping tasks. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software (Zoho). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. A proactive and flexible attitude towards work. Problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Basic knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances Good knowledge of MS Office and basic software skills,
