The ideal candidate for this role should have between 18-20 years of experience, with a strong background in delivering Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) projects across various domains, excluding Telecom and Aviation. It is essential that the candidate has handled revenues ranging from 15-20 million USD and has experience leading large teams of more than 250 individuals. The candidate should possess a career background in Java and demonstrate a good understanding of the latest technologies. Experience in SAP and Infra ADM is not required for this position. The successful candidate will have a wide exposure to managing ADM projects and should be able to effectively drive project delivery within the specified revenue parameters.,
