As an Infoscion, your primary role within the Infosys consulting team will involve addressing customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and assisting in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. In addition, you will conduct solution demonstrations, Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligning with customer budget requirements and organizational financial guidelines. You will actively lead small projects and support unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. If you are passionate about guiding clients through their digital transformation journey, this opportunity is ideal for you. You are expected to possess primary skills in Finacle Core, RAS, CASA, and TD Advance technologies. Furthermore, you should have the ability to develop value-creating strategies, knowledge of software configuration management systems, awareness of industry trends, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, understanding of financial processes, evaluation of current processes for improvement areas, and suggesting technology solutions. Additionally, having expertise in one or two industry domains, client interfacing skills, project management capabilities, and team management skills are valuable assets. Preferred skills include knowledge of Cloud Security, specifically Microsoft Azure - Identity Management.
