Job Description
You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and training them on the usage of Cash Management Platform. You will interact with existing CMS customers to gather technical requirements for system integration with TBG products/services. Additionally, you will provide support to Consumer & Commercial Bank customers for modification and service-related queries. Your role will involve assisting channels in giving demonstrations of the system to both existing and prospective clients. You will also monitor, push, and ensure the productivity of other activation channels. Collaboration with the Implementation team, setup team, and operations will be essential to ensure customers are served within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT). It will be your responsibility to understand specific MIS requirements of customers and arrange for the delivery of reports accordingly. You will prepare MIS reports and conduct MIS analysis on the assigned customer portfolio. Moreover, you will focus on increasing product penetration and working on customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.,
