As a member of the Infosys consulting team within the Financial Services Domain specializing in Risk & Compliance using Actimize, your role is vital in addressing customer challenges, identifying root issues, crafting innovative solutions, and ensuring successful implementation to achieve client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include contributing to proposal development, offering expertise-based insights into solution design, coordinating configuration activities, executing product setup according to specifications, facilitating pilot sessions, and clarifying any inquiries related to requirements and design. Furthermore, you will be involved in delivering solution demonstrations, conducting POC (Proof of Concept)/Proof of Technology workshops, creating accurate effort estimates aligned with customer budget constraints and organizational financial principles. Your role will entail leading small-scale projects, engaging in unit and organizational endeavors to provide clients with high-quality, value-driven solutions.
