The role involves filing and maintaining accounts documents according to company standards, preparing customer-specific invoices, basic tally entries, managing daily and monthly administrative tasks including expense reports, petty cash handling, banking activities, and submitting sales and purchase reports to Management regularly. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Com or relevant degree with 1-2 years of experience. They should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have knowledge in banking, accounts, GST, and TDS, be proficient in MS Office and have basic Tally skills. Organizational skills are essential to keep documents and data well-organized, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with effective communication skills is crucial.
