Job Description

The OTC (Order-to-Cash) Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end OTC cycle, including order processing, invoicing, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, and dispute resolution.

This role requires working in the US shift to support business operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
