Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining the books of account in Oracle accounting software, specifically focusing on Accounts Receivable (Order to Cash) processes. This includes tasks such as preparing daily collection summaries, applying receipts, analyzing debtors, accounting for credit/debit notes, and generating customer statements and reconciliations. Additionally, you will be updating the Customer Master database and liaising with auditors, bankers, and clients as necessary. Your role will also involve processing invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders, as well as conducting TDS reconciliations and creating vendor master records. You will be expected to prepare monthly management information system (MIS) reports and assist with various reconciliations. To excel in this position, you should have experience working with Oracle software, possess strong oral and written communication skills, and be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines. A background in day-to-day accounting, a collaborative attitude as a team worker, and a focus on quality and commitment will be essential for success in this role.,
