Job Description

The role requires a self-motivated individual who will thrive on the challenge of ambiguity. Cross-collaboration and the creation of strategic communication materials will help drive projects/processes and create visibility/ awareness. Support day-to-day liaison around operational requirements with different stakeholders and customers like rush requests from Stakeholders. The person will be expected to gain a detailed understanding of the end-to-end process, inherent controls & risk, and Metrics of the process area. The person will be responsible for operational delivery for the team across all 3 constituencies Customer, Stakeholders, and Employee. Proactive anticipation of potential issues and control deficiencies, and work with AP leadership to implement appropriate mitigating action plan. Drives results cross-functionally, across business units that have a major impact on driving process efficiencies across the P2P Operations domain. Is able and has the gravitas to interact at all levels of management to support the resolution of complex business issues Support Internal/regulatory audits by providing the detailed documentation specified by the audit team for their area of work Manage critical business relationships & engage stakeholders including Compliance, Procurement, Tax, Controllership, Capabilities, B2B etc Maintain and promote the organization's Values by ensuring that work is completed to the highest professional and regulatory standards. Lead/Support various initiatives/projects with a single focus to bring efficiency to the process thereby reducing manual touchpoints. Highly accountable with a strategic mindset, Eye for detail, demonstrating end-to-end ownership Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, Zip) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel/PPT.
