You will be responsible for reconciling all vendor statements and handling vendor and agency inquiries. Having experience with auditing vendor accounts will be considered a plus. Communication with local offices to resolve any discrepancies will be an essential part of your role. As a graduate with at least 1 year of experience in SAP, you must possess excellent organizational skills to maintain vendor documentation accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong computer skills are necessary. Being flexible and able to work well under pressure are key attributes for this position.
