Job Description

Responsibilities: Process invoices accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures. Perform data entry and coding of invoices, ensuring accurate allocation of expenses to the appropriate accounts and cost centers. Review invoice discrepancies and issues and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve them in a timely manner. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding items. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master data, including vendor setup and maintenance. Provide support for internal and external audits by gathering and providing supporting documentation as needed. Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Qualifications: Fluent English Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with experience in SAP preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with accounting principles and practices. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.,
