Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Process, verify, and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and payment terms.
Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors while maintaining positive relationships.
Handle accounts payable reports, ledger maintenance, and vendor reconciliations.
Investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and manage outstanding balances efficiently.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline payment processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounts payable or finance-related roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams.
