Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Verify re-billing details and ensure TDS compliance. Review documentation and post entries in Zoho Books. 3. Monthly Compliance GST & TDS Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and TDS. Reconcile tax data and maintain up-to-date compliance reports. 4. Customer Account Management in Zoho Create new customer accounts in Zoho with appropriate KYC and documentation. Maintain and update customer details regularly. 5. Daily Sanction Account Monitoring Perform daily monitoring of sanction accounts to ensure compliance with internal controls. 6. Email Correspondence & Communication Communicate effectively with internal departments and vendors. Manage and respond to finance-related queries via email. 7. Personal Account Management (Top Management) Handle personal accounts, including 4 credit cards, for top management. 8. MSME Compliance (Year-End) Review and confirm MSME status of vendors and partners as part of year-end financial closing. 9. 26AS Reconciliation Support Assist in reconciling 26AS data with company records and vendor details. 10. KYC Verification IBIS vs Zoho Perform KYC cross-verification for customer account openings between IBIS and Zoho platforms. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field. Proficiency in Zoho Books, TDS, and GST compliance. Working knowledge of foreign remittance procedures. Strong communication and coordination skills. High attention to detail and organizational ability. Experience handling sensitive data, including personal accounts of senior leadership, is an advantage.
