Role:- Accounts Manager Cloud Consulting
Cloud Sales Experience Mandatory, Technical Knowlege

Responsibilities:

- Sales and Sales Process Management
o Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
o Analyzing the requirements of clients, their pre-requisites and objectives
o Submission of business proposal & closure of the deal
o Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers.
o Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Synergetics Services.
o When appropriate, work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
o Attending Enquiry calls
o Generating leads from daily enquiries and telephonic follow-up calls
o Calling the clients and ask for their requirements.
o Co-ordinating the execution of the training feedback and related activities- Account Management

o Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
o Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.
o Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
o Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
o Identifying new clients and managing interaction over the phone and introducing our company.
o Updating the existing clients with upcoming new offerings.
o Consultation with existing clients to meet their specific needs and requirements.
o Developing extensive mailing lists to announce the launch of new offerings.
o Organizing marketing activities in your accounts.
o Maintaining customer relationship by conducting various activities such as sending greetings and mailers on festive occasions

Qualifications:

- BE, BSc IT, MSc IT, MBA (desirable)
- 2+ years in IT Solution sales.
- 1-3 yrs in Sales Management.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills. 
- Decent Cloud Solutions orientation (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google cloud computing)
- Good presentation, interpersonal and selling skills
- Pleasing personality and willingness to actively listen and understand. 
- Must be target driven. Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment
- Ability of handle work load and work pressure
- Willingness to travel
