Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations:
• Overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance. 
• Financial Reporting:
• Preparing and issuing quarterly financial reports, annual financial statements, and other documents required for internal and external stakeholders. 
• Compliance:
• Ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, state, local, and corporate laws and regulations. 
• Internal Controls:
• Implementing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial information. 
• Strategic Planning:
• Working with the CFO and other senior leaders to develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
