We are in Search of Dynamic Professional to manage Accounts & Finance activities :

 

Company Profile : The multidivisional organization having diversified interests in Ethical Formulations, Bulk Drug, Ayurvedic Medicine, Healthcare, Herbal Products and Bio-technology, seeds andTissue Culture.

 

POSITION : Manager / AM ACCOUNTS.

 

Location : Vile Parle-Mumbai

 

Qualification : CA(Inter) / MBA

 

Experience : Minimum 3 - 6 years of working exposure to Accounts & Taxation activities up to Finalization with Pharma Industry

 

Job Description : Candidate will be responsible for :

General Ledger (GL) Scrutiny

Analyze trial balances and account heads for correctness.

Monitor outstanding payables and receivables.

Ensure proper classification of vendor/customer invoices.

Coordinate with the purchase/sales team for invoice discrepancies.

Monthly and quarterly reconciliations of Bank Accounts & Ledgers

Ensure compliance withGST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.

Proper documentation of journal entries, supporting vouchers, and audit trails.

Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing necessary reports.

Assist in the preparation of management reports viz. Ledger summary, Ageing reports, Expense trends and variances

Scrutiny of inventory ledgers and valuation of closing stock.

Work with costing teams to ensure product costing is properly reflected in ledgers.

Review of RM/WIP/FG accounts and batch costing accuracy.

Ensure all adjusting entries (accruals, provisions, etc.) are booked.

Participate in financial close activities and ledger finalization.

Work with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.)

Help maintain internal controls and SOP adherence within the accounting function.
