Job Title: Accounts Intern Location: Palladam Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Accounts Manager Duration:3 Months / 6 Months Internship About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Intern to assist our finance department in managing day-to-day accounting tasks. This internship is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in accounting operations and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring proper documentation. Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Support in preparing invoices, bills, and expense vouchers. Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance. Help with GST filing and TDS tracking under supervision. Support the team in monthly closings and audits. Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records. Work on Excel spreadsheets and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks). Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Eligibility Criteria: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or pursuing the same. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
