Job Description
PappyTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an e-commerce import/export business seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a challenging, high-pressure environment. As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to fulfill the responsibilities outlined below: Statutory Accounting: - Proficient in booking, uploading, and posting sales, purchase, expense entries in Tally - Conduct bank entries and reconciliation - Handle and organize data and documents for all GST-related tasks, reporting to senior management - Maintain data in Excel for bulk upload in Tally - Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing of all accounting documents Finance: - Reconcile import and export transactions while liaising with the bank for Remittance closure - Execute foreign remittances in coordination with bank officials Skills: - Proficiency in Tally - Familiarity with MS Office This is a full-time position offering benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule consists of day shifts.
