Job Description

Location- Remote for 2 years- Base location in India is Bangalore
Budget- 20 LPA (Fixed)
Experience- 3-8 Years
Relevant experience- 3 years is needed
Notice period- Immediate-60 Days (max)

Account Executive [US time zone]:
We are looking for high-energy account executives who recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting customers. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Following up with leads via calls, email and text messages in order to set up a demo and close net new business
- Upsell product capabilities to existing clients by mapping current product capabilities for each account
- Maintaining a first response time of 5 minutes for every new lead (We do that currently, even with all the madness going on daily)
- Handling over 100+ leads/mo including closure, follow-up, demos, onboarding
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products to prospective clients
- Achieving monthly sales quota of $3k MRR / $36000 ARR
- Maintaining the CRM with updated information for all leads and continuously improving the process for better insights
- Identifying opportunities for selling to existing leads / prospective clients
- Understanding the product in depth and working closely with support, marketing and the product team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 3 years experience in SaaS/B2B/Product
- Preferably in Bangalore or ready to relocate to bangalore
- Sold to US customers
- Work hours: US EST
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong time management skills.
- Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software (Hubspot preferred)
