Job Title: Accounts Executive Location : Gola (Ranchi) Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager Salary - Upto 30 k Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing invoices, and assisting in budgeting and financial forecasting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Support the preparation of financial statements and reports. Coordinate with auditors during audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations. Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. Perform general administrative tasks related to the finance department. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 13 years of experience in an accounting or finance role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP). Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting. Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in [insert industry, e.g., manufacturing, service, etc.]. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
