Accounts Executive

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our fast-paced finance team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in CA Inter, CS Executive, or CPT (pursuing) who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a comprehensive accounting environment. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our overall accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Executive, you will:

1. Handle daily accounting entries and general ledger maintenance.

2. Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation.

3. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

4. Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile vendor/client accounts.

5. Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

6. Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with regulations.

7. Help in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

8. Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.

9. Provide support for payroll processing as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

1. CA Inter, CS Executive, or CPT (pursuing) qualification is essential.

2. 0.6 to 6 years of experience in an accounting role.

3. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel is a must. Familiarity with other accounting tools is a plus.

4. Solid understanding of tax and accounting principles.

5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
