As a member of our team at Placenest Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Mumbai, Dahisar (East), your primary role will involve connecting with internal stakeholders for the purpose of Accounts, ERP, and Tally. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely delivery of materials, managing timely renewals, achieving savings through new vendor additions, monitoring failure rates against Turnaround Time (TAT), and obtaining a minimum of 3 quotations across various categories such as miscellaneous items, capital goods, spares, and transportation. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience. Key competencies and skills required for this position include strong negotiation skills, effective communication abilities, resourcefulness, and analytical aptitude. Proficiency in Tally, ERP, MIS, or SAP will be crucial for success in this role. Your daily responsibilities will involve MIS reporting to management, conducting daily bank reconciliations, preparing and booking bills for purchases, sales, and expenses, processing bank NEFT transactions, and conducting vendor reconciliations.
